Shipping Policy

At Cbdsky.com, customer satisfaction is a priority from the time an order is placed through final delivery. We are committed to providing reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced shipping options for our customers. Orders are generally processed and shipped from our United States facilities within approximately 24 hours of purchase.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. Delivery times may also be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, postal service disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.

While we work closely with domestic and international shipping carriers, these carriers operate independently from Cbdsky.com. As a result, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or exact transit time.

Shipping Insurance

All domestic and international orders provide customers with the option to purchase shipping insurance during checkout. Shipping insurance is available at a rate of $10 USD for each $100 USD of order value.

Orders With Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance provides maximum protection for eligible orders confirmed as not delivered. In the event of confirmed non-delivery, an appropriate resolution may be provided, which may include replacement or a refund of the original purchase price.

Shipping insurance applies to non-delivery only. It does not cover customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other government or carrier charges associated with international shipments.

Orders Without Shipping Insurance

Customers may choose to place an order without shipping insurance. Orders placed without shipping insurance are not eligible for replacement or refund solely because an order is delayed, lost, or not successfully delivered after shipment.

Customers who choose not to purchase shipping insurance assume the risk associated with non-delivery after the order has been shipped. Cbdsky.com is not responsible for losses resulting from carrier delays, lost shipments, or unsuccessful delivery when shipping insurance was declined.

For international orders, shipping insurance does not cover customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other government or carrier charges.

Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Service and the shipping guidelines below before placing an order.

Domestic Shipping — United States

Cbdsky.com offers domestic shipping throughout the United States.

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 5 business days or less after shipment. These delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Cbdsky.com may offer international shipping globally.

International orders are generally delivered within approximately 8–21 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import requirements, duties, taxes, fees, or other procedures imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for determining whether the products they intend to purchase may be legally imported into their destination country and for understanding any applicable customs requirements before placing an order.

Cbdsky.com does not control the customs laws, regulations, procedures, or enforcement practices of individual countries. We cannot guarantee successful delivery when a destination country’s customs authorities, postal service, or other government agency prevents or refuses shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact information and for responding to requests for additional information from customs authorities or shipping carriers. A shipment may be delayed or held when required customer information is missing or incomplete.

Customers are also responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not covered by shipping insurance.

International Shipments Rejected or Held by Customs

Customers are responsible for determining whether their order can legally be imported into their destination country before completing a purchase.

If an international shipment is rejected, refused, seized, or otherwise prevented from being delivered by customs authorities, Cbdsky.com cannot guarantee delivery or reimbursement.

If a rejected shipment is returned to Cbdsky.com and the products are determined to be unopened, undamaged, and suitable for resale following inspection, a refund for the eligible product purchase price may be considered.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable when a shipment is rejected or returned because of customs restrictions, unless the shipment is covered by applicable shipping insurance.

Shipping insurance does not cover customs duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Damage During Shipping

Every order is inspected and packaged before leaving our facility. Customers should inspect their shipment promptly upon delivery.

Minor exterior wear to the shipping package may occur during normal transportation and does not necessarily indicate damage to the products inside.

If a product arrives damaged, customers should contact Cbdsky.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please provide a description of the damage and, when possible, clear photographs of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

After reviewing the information provided, Cbdsky.com may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or refund for an eligible damaged product.

Damage claims submitted after the 72-hour reporting period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled at any time before it has been shipped without a cancellation penalty.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be canceled through the order-cancellation process. Customers should refer to the Return Policy for information regarding returns or other available options.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time an order is placed.

If an order is returned, delayed, or otherwise affected because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Cbdsky.com is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

Delivery Delays

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines and may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Cbdsky.com, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural events, customs processing, postal delays, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Although we make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delayed shipments, Cbdsky.com cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
