CBD SKY utilizes live shipping quotes for any shipment within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories. You may choose upgraded shipping services, which may reflect an additional cost. These options are listed when you finalize your order.
We do offer international shipping to over 50+ countries and use a live shopping cart zone calculator that depends on your location to process the shipping cost. The following list is a list of countries that we know will allow our products into the country: United States, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Belize, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Northern Ireland, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, U.S. Virgin Islands, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Wales.
Please understand that we do not control the customs practices associated with the countries. We cannot promise that you will receive the product. It is up to you to assess the law in your country. If an order is withheld by customs in your country, you will not receive a refund. There are changes from time to time on international laws and you are responsible for keeping up with these changes. You may want to contact customs in your country to find out about your local laws before placing your order. There are some instances in which a package may be held due to a lack of customer information. You will have to provide that information. We are not liable or responsible for any taxes, including fees or payments, that may be required for customs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS REJECTED AT CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any shipments that are rejected at customs, no matter what country you are in. If we receive the product back and it is sellable based on our inspections, we will issue a refund. It is up to you, the customer, to make sure that what you are purchasing is legal in your country. At no time will we ever refund the shipping cost due to customs issues.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
Because we diligently inspect every product before leaving our warehouse, we know that our products are leaving in great condition. You need to check your order as soon as you get it to ensure that there has been no damage during the shipment process. We always expect the outside of the package to show some signs of delivery travel. In rare cases, product may become damaged so we do ask if you have a case like this you contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Please contact us at [email protected] and provide detailed information and photographs if possible that clearly show the damage. CBD SKY will either issue a refund for that product or provide a replacement at your request.
You may cancel your order anytime before the product is shipped without any penalty.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.
